No. Nest stays the pension record. PaperThread uses that connection to answer questions, surface opt-outs or contribution gaps, and keep the case open until the work is finished.
PaperThread keeps the case open, assigns a human step, and records what still needs to happen. An unsupported Nest action is not marked done.
A workspace admin enters the Employer Nest ID, username, and password. The credentials are stored in the credential vault. This connection does not use OAuth.
